JE Petersen Upgrades Its Dermatome Repair Center

March 24, 2017 – JE Petersen is proud to announce a major redesign to our Padgett Dermatome Repair Center, the only authorized repair center in the United States for Integra Padgett Dermatomes.

Our newly redesigned quality department features environmental isolation and control, real-time 24/7 environmental monitoring, and improved traceability of environmental factors. The new quality department has gone live with a fully-integrated trending, analytics, and traceability software system that will improve the speed at which we innovate product design.

Finally, we have added a state-of-the-art FFT system to analyze product failures and diagnose problems in just seconds, allowing us to speed up throughput at our repair center. This same FFT system is used as a final inspection test on newly manufactured devices as well, as it can detect mechanical issues that are significantly beyond human sensory limits.
